Hummus is one of my most favourite foods ever. I have eaten it a few times a week for the past few years. Except for when I was pregnant, when I mostly ate mars bars.. but that’s another story.
I was googling around (is that a real expression? You know what I mean) today looking for a good recipe, perhaps something a little different to usual. I found a good number of websites promising ‘the best’ hummus recipe, but nothing really grabbed me. Plus they were all a little light on the tahini, which is one of the best bits!
So I came up with my own ‘best’ hummus recipe.
Pop all of the ingredients into the food processor, and whizz until smooth. I topped mine with toasted seeds and scooped up with some gluten free oatcakes. Delicious!
