This colourful salad was the first dish I had when I finished my 5 days of juicing last week. I actually juiced for breakfast and lunch of the 6th day, and made this salad for dinner. It was so good after 5 days of liquid, even if the liquids were delicious juices!
I’ve only just discovered tomberries – they’re tiny tomatoes, the size of blueberries, and they’re so sweet and scrummy. I finished the rest of the punnet after I had made this salad as they are so moreish! Highly recommended.
