This week is National Cupcake Week, which gave me the perfect excuse, if any was needed, to try out a new recipe for vegan chocolate cupcakes. I’ve made vegan vanilla cupcakes before, which were good – but these chocolate cakes are next level amazing. I really am so pleased with them. There isn’t too much oil in the recipe and the sponge is a perfect mix of fluffy and chocolatey – in my opinion anyway!
