Mother’s Day Gift Guide

Mother's Day Gift Guide

This Sunday will be my second Mother’s Day as a Mum, how did that happen? So Frey, if you’re reading, mummy would love any of these gifts..! Seriously, it’s been great fun window shopping for Mother’s Day gifts, there are some fabulous things around this year. Here are a few of my favourites..

‘Let me go back to bed’ T Shirt by Type on Top at Not on the High Street

I think I need this t-shirt in my life. It perfectly captures how I feel when I get up bleary eyed far too early every single morning. I wonder if I could get away with wearing it to work?

‘Too tired to function’ sweater by Nappy Head at Not on The High Street

Rather similar to my first item, but I couldn’t resist including it. Ditto what I said above.

Mummy's Mug

‘Mummy’s Mug’ by Keith Brymer Jones

No silly sized cuppa in the morning here, this is a super sized ‘bucket’ mug for those who like a seriously sized cuppa! Sounds ideal for my morning coffee. Plus it’s so very cute.

yummy_mummy_shower_cream ‘Yummy Mummy’ Shower Cream by Lush

What an absolute treat this shower cream is, it’s rich, sweetly scented with tonic, geranium and orange, and is the most beautiful shimmery purple colour. Worth getting out of bed for I think.

My Little Box

My Little Box Subscription

I love a subscription box, a lovely little gift full of surprises delivered to your door each month. I’ve really liked the look of ‘My Little Box’ since it was launched, but I’ve never tried it. This one contains a mixture of beauty, fashion and lifestyle gifts such as stationery, and I think it would make a lovely gift.

Spring’s Eden Candle by Anthropologie

I discovered Anthropologie for the first time last month on a trip to Bath, and I was bowled over by their candle section. I may have mentioned before that I am a candle addict, and the candles at Anthropologie are amazing, seriously strongly scented. I loved this coconut milk and mango candle, but any candle from their range would make a fantastic treat for Mother’s Day.

Where the Wild Roses Bloom

‘Where the Wild Roses Bloom’ by Miss Clementine on Etsy

If you’re looking for something completely unique, and very special, how about a hand stitched story box by the very talented Miss Clementine? ‘Where the Wild Roses Bloom’ is her newest creation. I was lucky enough to receive a story box by Miss Clementine for Christmas.. mine is called ‘The Stars will Guide you Home’, and is very special to me.

Happy Shopping!
